Meet Kadeem Spencer, a mechanical engineer turned mixologist with a keen eye for the classics. His mixology journey began at home, experimenting with time-honored cocktails by adding his unique twist. This passion for cocktail crafting led him to further his expertise at the Professional Bartending School in Arlington, VA. Kadeem is driven by the joy and camaraderie that shared drinks can bring, aiming to enhance the guest experience with every cocktail he crafts. At the bar, Kadeem's go-to drink is a classic Sidecar. Whether it's reviving old classics or introducing guests to new favorites, Kadeem brings precision and creativity to the art of drink-making.

Shamier McKenzie
Meet Shamier McKenzie, a creative spirit with an engineering background who found his passion in the art of mixology. While his third year at university ignited his love for culinary arts, it was his training at the Shak N Pour Bartending School in Bloomfield, NJ, that truly sparked his interest in the craft of cocktails. Shamier thrives on the challenge of deconstructing drinks into their individual components, much like an engineer. His conversations with fellow cocktail enthusiast Kadeem Spencer inspire new and innovative concoctions, blending flavors, smells, and experiences that resonate personally. Shamier's favorite drink? Smooth and smoky—think the timeless elegance of an Old Fashioned.
